Service Time and Structure
Our Pricing and Service Times are consistent with the amount of writing and preparation required to accurately and informatively ‘tell your story’ in your job application documents.
We have a standard 2 – 5 day turnaround guideline for most of our clients, and we can often meet faster deadlines when required. If you need to lodge job applications in a shorter period of time, please ensure that you let us know at your earliest convenience as an additional fee might be needed to ensure deadlines are met.
The Process of Developing your Résumé
The process has been designed with our busy customers in mind. You don’t need to make appointments for personal visits or extended phone consultations during business hours. You decide when you want to allocate the time to provide the input we will need. We have a well designed process in place to gather all the necessary information from our customers. The process is easy and simple.
If you have a Résumé, your existing Résumé will be totally overhauled to produce a first draft: the information is re-worked, re-organised and re-formatted to ensure that its current content are organised, expressed and presented in the best possible way. It becomes a professional, appealing, crisp and easily read document, in a new modern state of the art template.
The perspective of a potential employer or an executive recruitment consultant is adopted to ensure that your new Résumé will give them the type, level and depth of information and the insight they will need to develop the appropriate perception of your capacity to contribute in the roles in which you are interested.
The draft is emailed to you as a Word document for your review. You can make any amendments/changes/comments and return it to us via email. Your responses are re-worked, synthesised, edited and integrated to finalise the document. These are emailed to you shortly after.

A Résumé questionnaire will be emailed to you prompting you to provide the necessary information about your career that we will need to create your personalised Résumé.
