We have an easy to follow Questionnaire that helps you organise all the relevant information a prospective employer is looking for. We may also gather information in a one-on-one session either in person or over the phone, should you decide to book a personal consultation.

Your boss may know you are perfect for the new role but, you are not the only person in the company with a supervisor who believes in them. If the decision to fill the position were solely in the hands of your boss, the job would not have been posted. Your Résumé

We will never share, sell, redisclose, or otherwise use your personally identifiable information other than to provide you the services you have requested. We do reserve the right to utilise, reformat, redesign and style the general appearance of finalised résumés and to modify résumés / cover letters / profiles as necessary to complete documents in a professional manner.We assume no responsibility or liability for any content posted or submitted by you or any other third party.

If you submit a testimonial to us, you agree, give permission and grant any necessary license to us to use it, but you agree we are under no obligation to use any testimonial submitted. We may use testimonials in whole or in part, but in any use, will identify you only by first name, last initial, city and state. We reserve the right to review, correct grammatical or typing errors, and edit or summarize testimonials prior to use. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, do not submit a testimonial to us.

We are committed to providing you with a professionally written résumé that meets all industry standards set forth by the Association of Online Resume u0026amp; Career Professionals (AORCP) and All Résumé Services’own standards of excellence.

However, we cannot guarantee that technical inaccuracies or typographical errors will not occur. Your professional résumé editor and writer will work with you to resolve such errors. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive, please let us know and we will work to address your concern or assign a new editor to better meet your needs.

The questionnaire must be returned within 14 days from date sent or your funds will be forfeited (unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing within the initial 14 days timeframe).

What Information Do We Collect?

Refund Policy

All refund requests are at the discretion of the owner of All Resume Services. Generally, refunds are subject to a 30% deduction from the total amount paid. This deduction accounts for the time, effort, and resources allocated in providing our services.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be assessed individually, based on the specifics of the service rendered and its current stage of completion. Refunds will not be provided for services that have been completed.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a complaint.
